"I'd really appreciate the support. A lot of weight to lose in a short amount of time but I'm really glad I took the fight because I really needed something to focus on. "However, the case remains finely poised, and we are optimistic that in the fullness of time, the Crown Court will uphold Mr Fincham’s appeal."Ms Wade said this order would be activated in part, adding that "we find no reason not to do so" as she jailed the star.
These included to always keep the dog on the lead, for the dog to wear a muzzle when outside and to not leave the animal alone with anyone under the age of 16. The court was told Fincham would get Elvis back upon his jail release if the three stipulations are met.Fans have slammed the star over Elvis' cropped ears, which is illegal in the UK.
