LoveIsland bedtime routine explained from warning to 'awful' morning wake-up
Ever wondered what really happens when it comes to their strict bedtime in the Love Island villa? One former Islander has lifted the lid on what really goes on behind the scenes from an evening warning and staying in the same clothes, to an "absolutely awful" wake-up call.
Explaining George said: "When it comes to bedtime, the voice of god above will be like 'OK Islanders it's time for you to now get ready for bed'.He went on to add: "Basically before we can go to bed you've got to keep your outfits on of what you were wearing that night because you've got to basically do your final beach hut before you go to bed, so it looks like it's rolled into one.
He added that the bedtime routine probably takes "around half an hour" in total from when they are told to go to bed.
