TV presenter Alison Hammond showed off her slimmer and fitter figure during a fitness segment on This Morning on Friday 14 June.
Alison, who presents This Morning every Friday, usually with Dermot O’Leary, revealed on air that she suffers from knee pain but has been improving her fitness by using weights. Two years ago Alison spoke about her weight on Lorraine Kelly ’s podcast. She said: "Sometimes I look at myself and go, 'Wow, I am a big girl'. But I like taking up a bit of space. I take a little bit of extra space in the world and I don't think I'm hurting anyone."
Alison and Josie’s shared hosting duties on Friday had This Morning fans rushing to social media to praise them. The pair made a dramatic entrance to the studio in a fun Thelma & Louise inspired stunt, complete with a sports car.
