The low-intensity workout that got Margot Robbie ‘Barbie Ready’
Long, lean muscles and a strong core are in order if a body like Margot Robbie is what you're after and she has made it no secret over the years that her favourite way to workout is reformer Pilates. The blonde beauty credits the low-impact, high-intensity workout to feeling fit and strong, both mentally and physically, and we have just the workout for you to try.
She told The Telegraph : "If I’m making a conscious effort to exercise, I work with a Pilates trainer on a reformer machine, and that suits me and my body best." Mum-of-three, Korin Nolan is a Pilates expert and founder of Power Pilates and Co-Founder of Dynamic Pilates TV. Since turning 40 herself, Korin, who is now 45, has noticed the changes in her own body and through her own research, trial and error, she has developed classes to bring women the most beneficial workout on the mat to help combat the signs of post 40 weight gain and loss of muscle mass.Korin’s Pilates journey began during her dance training over twenty years ago at The London College of Dance at Middlesex University.
