Caraga, Davao Region, and Eastern and Central Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the LPA with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. The rest of Mindanao and the southern portion of Palawan will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Northern and Central Luzon and the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
