Two weather systems are bringing cloudy skies with rains over most of the Philippines, the state weather bureau said on Sunday morning, April 9. | ManilaBulletin READ:

Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration Weather Specialist Benison Estareja said these two weather systems are the low pressure area spotted outside the Philippine area of responsibility and the northeasterly surface wind flow.

“[Itong LPA ay] posibleng pumasok na ng PAR pagsapit ng gabi. Base sa ating analysis, mababa pa rin ang tiyansa na itong LPA ay maging isang bagyo sa mga susunod na araw ,” said Estareja in a public weather forecast on Sunday.
