LTMS is a web-based system that automates different transactions for motorists in the Philippines, including overseas Filipinos. The portal has become an essential part of the LTO’s day-to-day transactions, as motorists are now required to access the website before going to an LTO office for services such as driver’s license renewals.
To register, applicants or temporary driver’s license holders may access the official LTMS Portal website. Click the ‘Register Now’ button and the ‘Enroll as an Individual’ option. Regardless of whether or not you’re already a driver’s license holder, you’ll be allowed to sign up.“Mao na atong gina-encourage sa atoang mga drivers or soon-to-be drivers na i-avail na siya ug mag register ta para at least we’re being updated,” Yarra said.
Yarra said LTO 11 received 1,500 plastic licenses and currently prioritizing the Overseas Filipino Workers for the plastic driver’s license to be used as one of requirements for their travels abroad.
