A couple who extended their holiday were given the "private jet" treatment on their way home. They had flown out with Ryanair but decided to book with Jet2 for their return. When they arrived at the airport, they were the only passengers boarding the flight.
A lucky couple who enjoyed their holiday so much that they extended their trip by a few days were able to round off the break in the perfect way - by getting the " private jet " treatment on their way home. Kevin and Samantha McCuillon, from Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester, headed off for a week in Corfu in July 2021. The couple had such a great time on their first post-Covid holiday that they decided to stay a little longer.
They had flown out with Ryanair but decided not to bother with their planned return flight and booked up with Jet2 to bring them home from the Greek island. When they arrived at the airport, they thought something was wrong as they were the only passengers getting ready to board. But they soon found out that no-one else had bought tickets and the couple were effectively given free reign by the Jet2 staff, Manchester Evening News reports.
