Raul Nabor Herrera changed the life of one of his customers - and himself - when he sold a winning Powerball ticket.

A golden touch at the till has turned an everyday shopkeeper into a millionaire, thanks to a unique lottery law. Raul Nabor Herrera's life was turned upside down last July after the father-of-four sold a very special Powerball ticket.

The gobsmacked dad was interviewed on TV after he was told that he too was set for an unexpected windfall. He revealed that he wanted to take his family on holiday to Cancun with some of his winnings, reports the Mirror. The unnamed woman who won the lottery brought an end to 39 draws coming up blank when her numbers - 7, 10, 11, 13, 24, and the red 24 Powerball - came up.
