Luis Diaz signed for Liverpool in January 2022 and his family have found a taste of home in Liverpool city centre
The 26-year-old, who arrived at the club almost two years ago, quickly became a fan-favourite but can find two of his biggest supporters inside a cosy eatery situated in the heart of Liverpool as opposed to Anfield.
Progress has been clear to see since its launch at the start of the year, proving popular with locals and Colombians alike, ensuring Diaz is not the only South American to make a success story of a step into the unknown.“He is doing very well. He is a boy who comes from humble origins and that has not changed,” Isabel told the ECHO. “When I was in Liverpool One the other day, people came up and took photos with him, it's an incredible thing.
“They are just like normal people. The first time his wife came, I knew who she was but we were very busy, so she sat there like a normal customer. After a while we realized that she was Luis Diaz's wife. She was charming, super nice. She loves the food."
