Darts sensation Luke Littler faced another jeering crowd on Premier League Darts ' 15th night in Leeds, rendering a teasing performance as a Manchester United fan.
Despite the mixed audience response, Littler claimed victory over Rob Cross, emerging triumphant for the night. His visit to Leeds was marked with similar sentiments from an audience sporting rivalry towards Man Utd. Notwithstanding the boos and jeers, Littler treated the reactions lightly during his walk-on.
Adding a noteworthy touch to his victory was Humphries, being a Leeds United fan, introduced new walk-on music - switching from DNCE's 'Cake by the Ocean' to 'I Predict a Riot' by local band Kaiser Chiefs. "Tonight was amazing. Going on to win was one of my greatest experiences in darts. The crowd were fantastic. It is what dreams are made of. I have played really well tonight, but it is how you peak on night 17 - being Premier League champion is something that would mean a lot to me."
