Luke Littler, the teenage darts sensation, demonstrated his immense respect for Fallon Sherrock while discussing their potential match-up at the PDC World Darts Championship.
Littler, who enters the competition in the second round as one of the top 32 players globally, broke his silence on the possibility of facing Sherrock following this week's draw announcement. The champion expressed his admiration for the 30-year-old who shocked the sports world in 2019 by becoming the first woman to win a world championship match, eventually reaching the third round.
Almost a year after his own spectacular run at the tournament, Littler confessed he's feeling the "buzz" and is eagerly counting down the days until his return to Ally Pally. He commented on the upcoming match: "Good luck to them both. It should be a really interesting game, because Ryan's playing really good, and so is Fallon.
