The first buyers are expected to move in during 2027

The luxury apartments being constructed at Gary Neville's St Michael's development in Manchester city centre are now up for sale.

They will sit alongside a 162-room W Hotel which is expected to open during the first three months of 2027. W Residences Manchester will be the the brand's first outside London and one of only 20 worldwide. The most expensive apartment at the development is on the market for £6m, more than double any other flat currently on the market in the city, a £2.5m home in Renaker's Deansgate Square. Savills is marketing the St Michael's apartments on behalf of the developers. The cheapest apartments have an asking price of £350,000.
