The more than $2 billion Lakeside Village in Flower Mound will now include an Autograph Collection hotel that will connect to a Class AA office building.
Irving-based developer Realty Capital has plans for an Autograph Collection hotel for its Lakeside Village development.
Coury Hospitality, which is based in Irving like Realty Capital, will manage the hotel. Coury Hospitality is the largest operator of Autograph Collection hotels in the U.S. JLL’s Jody Thornton and Dustin Dulin will lead financing efforts for the hotel and office properties. Daryl Mullin and Lauren Halstedt, also of the Chicago-based commercial real estate services firm, will also aid in office leasing efforts.The $230 million hospitality-office project has been approved to receive incentives from the Town of Flower Mound. It is set to break ground in the second quarter of 2025.
