Coleraine captain Lyndon Kane relishing Sunday's trip to reigning champions Larne
The Coleraine captain, who has had his fair share of injury disappointments down the years, is back in contention again after missing nine games.
"I got a scan and an injection and I got to the bottom of the problem. I've done a lot of hard work, a lot of rehab and I spent a lot of time in the gym which is hard. When you come back on Saturday, it makes you appreciate all the hard work you've put in and you realise it's all worth it. After winning their last two Kane is hoping the Bannsiders can pick up another positive result at Larne this afternoon, but he knows it won't be easy. "There's probably no harder place to go as not only have they won the league in the last two years, but they've had the best home record," he said.
