M&S £40 dress has full-length sleeves and is loose around waist

The dress is a smock design which means it's loose around the stomach and thighs areas. The £39.50 dress also has quarter-length balloon sleeves. The product description reads: "This cotton-blend smock dress is designed with a timeless checked print. It's cut to a regular fit, with short puff sleeves and a round neckline. Its hem ends at an on-trend mini length."
