M&S customers have been left in fits of laughter after noticing the abbreviated name for butter displayed on their self-checkout screens.
However, she was left blushing when she scanned a pack of butter and saw an amusing phrase appear on the screen. In the viral video, which has garnered over 2,900 likes, she scans a 500g pack of M&S "Touch of Butter", but the screen displays: "Touch Butt 500g".The woman couldn't help but laugh as she quipped: "At least take me to dinner first M&S????" She captioned the post: "Just wanted to flex I shopped at M&S tbh.
Referencing the 2003 Pixar movie Finding Nemo, a third commented: "HE TOUCHED THE BUTT." Meanwhile, a fourth commented: "FINDING NEMO."It comes after Marks&Spencers confirmed one of its foodhalls is set to close in the coming months. The retailer will be closing the doors of its Hazel Grove branch in Stockport.
