After nearly 10 YEARS away, MAC Cosmetics’ popular Yash lipstick is back! Nude lipsticks never go out of fashion, and to add to the plethora of neutral lip products on the beauty market, as well as my ever-expanding collection, comes the return of MAC’s Yash lipstick. The Macximal Silky Matte Lipstick shade may sound familiar, and you would be right in thinking this, as the beauty brand previously released matte lippy in Yash , but discontinued the product in September 2016.
We love a timeless nude – and never been happier to see Yash back. The lipstick can be worn day or night because it is such a versatile shade. It can be worn on its own, paired with a lip liner to add extra dimension, which is key to prevent a neutral tone from looking flat on the lips. I swear by a lip liner to help a lipstick stay put, prevent any bleeding, accentuate my lip shape, but also create an ombre finish.
