In the interview, the couple revealed they cherish the fact that fans were largely unaware of their relationship and growing family.
Culkin humorously remarked, 'That the public is like,'Wait, they’re together and they have kids?’ Good. That means we did our job.”' Song, reflecting on the early days of their connection, shared that she was initially not impressed by Culkin's attempts at humor after her sitcom was canceled. 'He was trying to be funny about our show being canceled and I was not having it,' she admitted. Culkin playfully responded, 'She was thoroughly unimpressed by me is what I will say.' As their relationship deepened, Song discovered a different side to Culkin through his journals. She found glimpses of his sensitive, intelligent, and artistic nature that he typically kept hidden.The couple attributes their successful romance to their unwavering support for each other.
