Four decades after their last single was released, the iconic band Joy Division continues to have a significant influence.
The first-ever Joy Division Day in Macclesfield will take place on September 7. The day's events will include two tours led by guide and Curtis expert Trevor Stokes, featuring a visit to Curtis's grave at Macclesfield Crematorium, reports Cheshire Live. The tours will conclude at Proper Sound, a record store and cafe boasting a collection of Joy Division memorabilia.
