Eleven teams have a chance to win the No. 1 pick in the 2024 NHL Draft lottery. How would Celebrini impact each franchise?
As the second round of the playoffs opens, there are still eight teams alive with Stanley Cup aspirations. That leaves 24 teams sitting in their respective cities with nothing to play for until the regular season opens again in the fall. But 16 of those teams will have their competitive juices flowing one more time on Tuesday evening when the draft lottery takes place, where the non-playoff teams are entered into a drawing to determine the order of selection for this June’s NHL draft in Vegas.
