EMMANUEL MACRON has ignited a row with the UK over post-Brexit fishing rights for his own personal gain ahead of the presidential elections in France, a UK fishing chief has said.
France's Europe minister Clement Beaune insisted the trade deal should be"implemented fully" and that if it is not,"we will take European or national measures to exert pressure on the UK".
