Brit student plane death - Madagascan locals to sacrifice cow to help search for student
VILLAGERS in Madagascar will sacrifice a cow in a religious ceremony to help bring luck in the search for tragic plane death Brit Alana Cutland.on July 25, will kill the ‘zebu’ animal tomorrow as a “gift to god”.According to Chief Prosper, sacrificing the cow will bless the search for Alanaare set to attend the ‘Joro’ ceremony on the local airfield, where the fateful flight where Cambridge University student Alana took took off from.
Chief Prosper, the head of Anjajavy village, told The Sun: “When you look for something you cannot find, you look to God. People in the picturesque beach-side village told how second-year Biological Sciences student Alana would often say hello to them.
