Married At First Sight Australia star Cameron Merchant has revealed he experienced a 'rough' 24 hours in Bali after being struck down with an illness in the middle of the night
Australian reality TV star Cameron Merchant has opened up about suffering a health scare while on holiday in Bali. The Married At First Sight Australia star shared details of his experience with 'Bali belly' on Instagram, admitting he'd had a "rough" 24 hours.
He revealed he'd been hooked up to a drip to replenish his fluids after being sick for 24 hours. Cameron then expressed his frustration as he listed his symptoms. A day later, Cameron said he was now on the mend. He posted a snap of his first meal after not eating for 36 hours, revealing he was tucking into a banana and some buttered toast. "First meal in over 36 hours... What a treat!" he penned as he basked in the sunshine by a swimming pool.
Cameron appeared on MAFS Australia in 2019. He met his wife Jules Robinson, 42, on the hit reality TV show, with the pair falling in love. They went on to marry for real after the show finished that same year.
