Married At First Sight UK's Polly Sellman has left fans stunned with her dramatic new look on social media. The reality TV star, who was paired with Adam Valentine in the current series of the E4 hit show, has undergone a transformation since the show.
However, now several months post filming, Polly, 28, from Kent has been flaunting a fresh look online, complete with a new cropped blonde hairdo instead of her signature fiery red locks, reports Birmingham Live. When quizzed by a fan about the motivation behind her makeover, Polly revealed that she took up gym workouts for her mental health post-filming. She penned: "I was travelling before and come home from Australia so wasn't anything I thought of, finished filming and was out of work so went to the gym for my mental health and started from there".
It comes after Polly opened up about her experience on the show. Viewers have seen Adam trying to connect with the reality TV star despite confessing that she wasn't his usual type. However, it has now been revealed that there was one deal-breaker that would result in him leaving the show.
