The legendary former Man Utd manager's family confirmed Lady Cathy's passing in a statement.
Manchester United defender Harry Maguire has paid tribute to Lady Cathy Ferguson and sent his condolences to the club's legendary former manager - Sir Alex Ferguson - in response to her passing.
Sir Alex met Lady Cathy when he was 23 and the two were married for 57 years.
