The Department of Finance had earlier bared plans to terminate the indexation of MUPs in the face of rising pension costs. “Alam mo na, yung mga sobrang laki ng suweldo pero walang ambag na malinaw sa bayan. Rumaraket lang. Maraming ganyan.
