Like all teenagers, I liked going out and clubbing with my friends growing up and at that point of my life, I'd have a hangover and be completely fine the next day.
Then I stopped drinking as much – I can go weeks and months without drinking – and it allowed me to gain some clarity in my life. When I'm hanging I think about everything that's sad that's happened to me. Whereas I wouldn't normally think of these things on a daily basis because I'm a naturally positive person and I look for the best out of everything.
Because of everything that I've gone through, I think things like 'oh my God I miss my mum' or 'I was pregnant and now I'm not.'
