According to a campus alert sent to the Roberts Wesleyan community, two students spotted a suspicious vehicle in the Davison Hall parking lot around 12:30 p.m. and alerted campus security. The vehicle had previously been spotted on campus Feb. 22 and flagged as suspicious. Campus safety also discovered the driver had gained access to the first floor of Davison Hall by following a student inside. He allegedly "loitered on the first floor for a short time and then left."
A campus safety officer followed the vehicle and contacted police, who stopped the vehicle in Gates. The Ogden Police Department charged the driver with criminal trespass.
