A man, 26, stands accused of attacking another man with a seagull.

He pleaded not guilty to one charge of causing grievous bodily harm with intent at Plymouth Crown Court in Devon today.Elcombe was granted bail but told he must continue to reside at his home address and have no contact with the alleged victim.His trial was scheduled for 7 April.
