Man ‘who molested woman’ tells jury he’s sleepwalker ‘who grabbed male friend’s manhood’
17 Aug 2019,A MAN accused of molesting a pal’s girlfriend is a sleepwalker who once grabbed a mate’s manhood after nodding off, he told a jury yesterday.Dale Kelly is accused of getting into bed with his pal and girlfriend after a boozy night out in 2017 — but he blames a history of sexual touching in his sleepThe apprentice electrician told the court he touched his friend in 2016.
Kelly, of Dalton-le-Dale, Co Durham, told York crown court: “It was a little bit embarrassing but we didn’t take any more notice of it.”
