He will appear in Crown Court later this week
Dylan, 15, was found dead at an address on Digmoor Road, Skelmersdale, at around 9pm on Thursday . Filipe Figueiredo, 28, appeared at Preston Magistrates' Court on Saturday charged with his murder.
During the brief hearing, Figueiredo, of Birleywood, Skelmersdale, spoke only to confirm his name and address. He did not enter any plea to the charge of murder. Figueiredo was remanded in custody and will next appear at Preston Crown Court.
In a statement, Dylan's family said he was "loved by so many". "We have no words to explain how we are feeling at this heartbreaking time", they said.
