A man in his 30s has been arrested as the PSNI investigate reports of 21 different vehicles being damaged in Portadown on Monday. Officers investigating the incidents say a man was reported to be walking along Obins Street in the Co Armagh town causing damage to multiple parked cars just before midnight. It's understood the damage caused to the vehicles included broken off wing mirrors and wiper blades.
