It follows an incident in the South Belfast area in the early hours of Friday morning.
A 27-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of several offences including drug possession and making threats to kill after £60,000 of drugs and cash were recovered.
He remains in custody assisting with enquiries. The estimated value of the drugs is around £60,000. A large sum of money was also recovered. “Two men had attempted to gain entry to flats in the development by banging on the door making threats to the female occupant.
