A woman from Plano, Texas is in stable condition after being shot by the father of her children on Monday.
Police launched a desperate search for a man and his three kids after he fled the scene with them following the shooting of their motherFrightening moments for a mother of three in Plano, after police said she was shot in a family violence situation overnight.
Plano Police, with the help of Frisco Police, descended on the area to search for the suspect and the children. As many as 70 officers were working the case at some point during the investigation. Adding to the difficulty of this case, the officers worked throughout the severe storms that were rolling through North Texas Monday night.
Young was eventually found an hour later at 11:30 p.m. a few miles away on Preston Road and Legacy Drive with the children still in the car, unharmed.
