A man has been arrested on suspicion of blackmail following an investigation by West Midlands Police into the alleged blackmail of This Morning presenter Alison Hammond.
Although the man cannot be identified for legal reasons, it's claimed Alison revealed he had threatened to "ruin" her career after she believed him to be her friend. A spokesperson for West Midlands Police confirmed that an investigation had been carried out, and that a man had been arrested on suspicion of blackmailing Alison.
