Police closed part of the railway station during the incident
Police were called to the station late on Saturday night . The Fishergate entrance to the station was closed while officers dealt with the incident. Police said the incident was isolated and there was no wider threat to the public.

Due to the increased number of pedestrians using that entrance, we have placed a temporary road closure on Butler Street.
