Police say there was trouble before the game as well as during the match when Celtic visited Fir Park on Saturday.
A man has been arrested following reports of an alleged "rammy" between supporters at the Motherwell v Celtic match at Fir Park.
Local reports have suggested that a number of people tried to force entry into the stadium while thugs tried to target police horses. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We are aware of a disturbance involving a number of supporters before a match between Motherwell and Celtic at Fir Park on Saturday, 30 September.
