A woman from Alabama is dead following a crash in Okaloosa County.
The 58-year-old male driver, identified as Charles Stillman from Holt, Florida was placed under arrest for DUI manslaughter following the crash.
The woman was pronounced dead on the scene. After an interview with Stillman and an analysis of the scene of collision, authorities determined the man was under the influence and arrested him with no bond pending first appearance.
