Surveillance footage shows a man lurking in the complex, where many Merrimack College students live, early in the morning, even trying to open a door.
A man has been arrested in a series of break-ins and attempted break-ins at an apartment complex where many Merrimack College students live in North Andover, Massachusetts, police said Tuesday.
North Andover police had shared video of the suspected trespasser involved in several incidents at the Royal Crest Estates early Monday morning. Adam Auditore, a 26-year-old from Medford, faces two counts of attempted breaking and entering and one of trespassing after his arrest Tuesday, police said. They anticipate further charges against Auditore as well.
It wasn't immediately clear if he had an attorney who could speak to his arrest. He will be in court Wednesday, police said.
