Victim didn’t desire prosecution; just wanted wallet back.
CORPORAL INJURY: 5 p.m. in the 800 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road. A man poured a can of beer on the victim’s head. The victim tried recording the incident, and when the man went to grab the phone, he broke a nail on the victim’s hand, causing bleeding. He was arrested for domestic violence.
DUI: 8:20 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Bascom Avenue. A man was involved in a property damage collision with another vehicle. He was found to be DUI on alcohol. DUI: 1 a.m. at East Campbell Avenue and South Winchester Boulevard. A woman was stopped for 70 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone. She displayed objective symptoms of intoxication and was arrested for DUI. She had two outstanding warrants for prior DUI cases.
BURGLARY: 2:41 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue. Three suspects forcibly entered a closed business and stole a large safe, causing damage to the wall.
