Hayyaan Bashir was waiting for a train to work at Queen Street when Steven Sandilands hurled scorching hot tea at his face. The 22-year-old told Glasgow Live of the physical and mental toll the attack has taken on him.
A man attacked at a busy train station in Glasgow saw his "skin coming off" in his hands after being splashed in the face with scorching hot tea.

Railway staff came over soon after and gave me ice and tissues. Hayyaan says an ambulance was unable to attend the scene on time due to the morning rush hour, and so he was taken to A&E at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital by his dad, who rushed to the station.
He added: "The worst of it was in the couple of weeks proceeding because it would bleed, peel and sting.
