Arran Watt, 22, was allegedly found with a baton near Celtic Park on September 1 2022 after being made subject to bail conditions on August 19 this year not to be within 500 metres of any Rangers match.
A man banned from going near Rangers matches was allegedly caught with a weapon outside the Ibrox club's weekend clash against Celtic.Celtic later hosted Rangers in the first derby of the season which the hosts won 3-0. There was no away allocation for Rangers fans at the match.
He had appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court for the separate charge of reset of a drum at Hampden Park before a match against St Johnstone. Allegations went on to say Watt struggled with the officers, refused to co-operate with them when lawfully required to do so and committed breach of the peace.
