A man breached a terrorism prevention order when he used his wife’s credit card to do the shopping at Tesco, a court heard.
Jurors heard the man, 42, used his wife’s credit card on 10, 16, and 17 February at a Tesco supermarket in Bristol, with the largest purchase being only £11.35.Prosecutor Daniel Pawson-Pounds said: ‘It is a very simple case and a very unusual case. The defendant, who cannot be named, was under a Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Act notice which placed various restrictions on him.
