A 26 year old man has been charged with the murders of three people in a horrifying crossbow attack. Kyle Clifford is accused of murdering the wife and two daughters of BBC racing commentator John Hunt – he is currently being held in custody and is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday following the incident in Bushey, Hertfordshire, on July 9. He had previously been arrested in connection with the shocking incident.
Lisa Ramsarran, chief crown prosecutor for CPS Thames and Chiltern, said: “Our thoughts remain with the Hunt family and all those who have been affected by this tragic incident. John Hunt had previously spoken out about the overwhelming support he's received following the tragic murder of his wife and two daughters in the attack.
Mr Chapman spoke to the BBC about his conversations with Mr Hunt, revealing that each supportive message feels like a comforting "feels like a hug". He added: "As far as what's happened, it's still beyond belief that this could happen to anyone, a family in the world. The message from all of us is when you need us , we are here."
