The 78-year-old victim was kicked several times in the face and body, leaving her bleeding and swollen.Now the New York Police Department has confirmed that Marc Gomez, 36, has been charged in connection with the shocking incident.According to the New York Post , Gomez was arrested by a co-worker at an upmarket restaurant, where he worked as a dishwasher.
