John Smyth, 63, died after being found seriously injured at a property in North Tyneside on Sunday morning. A 41-year-old man has been charged and will appear before North Tyneside Magistrates Court today.
John Smyth, 63, was found seriously injured at a property on Holly Avenue in Wallsend, North Tyneside, just before 5am on Sunday . He was pronounced dead in hospital.
