Phoenix Spencer has been named as the victim found in an East Kilbride flat.
A man has been arrested and charged following the death of a woman in East Kilbride . Emergency services were called to a block of flats on Glen Lee at around 12.10pm on Monday November 18.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal. The popular young woman had worked locally in the Strathaven Hotel and Roasted cafe in Strathaven.
