'Incidents like these have no place in Watford'
A man has been charged after a woman in her 60s was allegedly robbed at a cash machine in the Asda Watford car park.
Hertfordshire Constabulary were called to reports of cash being stolen outside the supermarket in St Albans Road at around 9.30am on Tuesday .Pickett, 35, has been charged with robbery, as well as burglary and possession of a Class C drug in relation to separate incidents. Watford Chief Inspector Andy Wiseman said: “This incident was distressing for the woman and I hope this quick arrest is reassuring to both her and shoppers.
