Officials say Jon Hansen admitted to being with Romeo Nance when he randomly shot two people in the Joliet area.
When Romeo Nance took his own life in Texas, he took with him the motive for his eight-person murder spree 1,200 miles away in the southwest suburbs.A man has been charged in connection with a murder spree that happened back in January, the Will County Sheriff's Office said Friday.
On Jan. 27, Will County Sheriff's Office detectives interviewed Hansen, who said he was with Nance when both shootings happened.
